Also, it's even more funny to see people that do this and use these big words incorrectly. In your case, the word 'consequential' means the consequence of an action. If I kick a dog, the consequential action would be PETA dumping blood over me. If your dad is the consequentiality of your actions, then the process would be: You watch bad movie, your dad pummels you. The word you're looking for to mean "held accountable" would be "liable".
And this has been a grammar lesson by Iban. Expanding your vocabulary, one flame at a time.
K. But you understood what i was saying anyway. I don't bother to go to a dictionary and look up every word i use.

I typed my research paper without making two spaces after periods. We followed the MLA rule. Not sure if that covers how you should space every sentence, but i don't think it's required to have two spaces. I understand why you could use it to make your document seem more formal.
