Second of all, Notch doesn't develop Minecraft. As of Minecraft Beta 1.8.1 Jeb is the lead developer. At the time the Boosters were accidentally re-added Jeb was already the lead developer.

Im just telling you what is said. Once I stole the thing, killed the guard and attacked the jarl again it said 1000 bounty in Eastmarch. Then I got attacked by Galmar.

What the forget?

Joined the Stormcloaks and lololol

while I was taking Whiterun after the  Jarl surrendered, I went into the side room and took a common soul thingy and got 20 bounty. So this guard comes up and likes, your going to jail and Im like ahhh hell no. So I attack him right, THEN the jarl who surrendered begins to attack me. I then make him "surrendered" again and I get 1000 bounty in EASTWARD (I think thats what Whiterun becomes). THEN the stormcloacks who I came with attacked me and I just started from a previous save.

Whiterun is the city. It's not Eastward, it's just Whiterun. That is the hold-name. Eastmarch however is the hold that Windhelm is in.

Basically its a scavenge TDM

you can either be opfor or blufor which each member needs to work together as a team for both teams or you can join independent and kill anyone without penalty.
People drive around and almost every car carries a weapon but you can also look for ammo caches or other items like food stands or water cause you need to keep those up. Once you got what you need you can load base parts into trucks and set up your own base.
People on the op or blufor teams usually communicate well so they can cover a good area well together and their bases usually grow to a massive size.

in general its explore->loot->build->team up->Fight

Do I need a mod file? If so, link?

I really hope it's available to be modded.

I've seen some gameplay and it looks a bit easy/non-immersive to me.

i.e.
Unlocking Weapons for Free at Radio Towers(stop this, increase weapon prices)
Go from being 20-something-year old average guy to being 1337 pro mercenary guy(add more recoil, less accuracy, weapon degradation)

Add Skyrim NPC's, Fallout NPC's and Doom NPC's. Add Firearm Source SWEPS and Insurgency SWEPS.

Also add Air Vehicles Pack.

Company of Heroes can be pretty taxing on your memory. It eats it like a child eating candy on larger maps/battles.

However, not as bad as Total War Shogun 2 does.

That game, I loving swear.

eats 2GB of Ram if you have more than like 5 units.

No forget you, your 366 ping is not fine. Just because you're not getting FPS lag, does not mean you're not hitting me around corners and from longer than melee distances.

That stuff always bothered me in Far Cry 2 multiplayer. A laggy player could lag into your base, and blow up the entire spawn and all the vehicles with a few IED's before you could get them.
