Yeah, but getting disowned by people who brought you into existence is pretty tough.

Being disowned for being gay is pretty extreme and uncommon. I seriously doubt they would disown him even if they did have a problem with it.

You are incorrect. It was only the Mt. Gox exchange that shut down (it was doomed to anyways and and many people could tell). There are still many more large bitcoin exchanges that are trading bitcoins for well over 500 dollars.
Edit: There's still many other cryptocurrencies out there such as litecoin (even if bitcoin did die off).

Davidosss2003 (AKA It's Boshy Time) is now banned for two weeks for intentionally point spiting and being a general nuisance to the players. Blocklegend, HunterG, and Google Glass are witnesses to this.

I would have done a much lesser ban time however Davidosss2003 has a long history of being a royal pain and harassing players and admins.

I'm for gun rights, and I don't see it helping society in the long term to regulate more and more things. It just makes people less smart and take less responsibility for themselves, and that's not at all what society needs if we want a more free and peaceful world.

People need to stop bitching about other people's gender identities. We are who we are and there is no problem if someone else is not exactly how you are. I know it's human nature to like to control others and think there is a right and wrong way to live, but seriously we need to get past that and become more tolerant of each other. I read a lot of this thread's pages and I was cringing and I think I died of cancer a few times from all the stupid stuff people have said. Who is it actually harming to let people define their own gender on facebook? It sure helps a lot of people who have confusing thoughts about their gender identities actually. In my opinion, people need to stop caring about what other people do as long is it does not restrict their freedom or cause harm to them. I just wanted to leave this here.

don't use TOR unless you want to be murdered by the government

I'm pretty sure it was made as a service to help you stay anonymous online (which should not be punishable imo) but yeah you have a point as a lot of criminal sites are accessible through TOR.

I'm not exactly sure about this but I heard kids at my friend's school were using TOR to get past blocks. It might work, and I think you can download its browser bundle for free.
