There is another kid in my speech class (not a bad kid, just needs self control) who is a year younger than me but twice my size.  Yesterday we had to do a group project, but when the subject kind of wandered out of his understanding, he just started yelling, "Fine!  Fine, do whatever you want!" and just pulled out his phone.  We all just kind of looked at him and told him he really should participate, and he just cussed us out and walked over to the teacher's desk.  We saw him gesturing at our table but he ended up working the 'group project' by himself.  I suspect ADHD or something.

Gran turismo is the farthest from realistic car tuning speed wise ever.  It's fun in a good way though, the stuff you can do to cars in that game is hilarious, and it's not much different in GT 6.

I fully agree with this.  On GT5/GT6, there are some cars (the ones meant for tuning) that are sometimes more realistic though.  GT5 I have a whole library of tuned supercars, all carbon black with black wheels (my speed demons lol), but some of them can reach >240mph.  GT6 the effects are not as insane but I'm not far enough in the game to really have anything amazing other than a Z34 Fairlady Z (370Z)

A junior/senior delinquent truant that I have Algebra II and Government with.  I'm assuming he is one of the spoiled kids who gets everything handed to him on a silver platter (roams the school like he owns it, wears Nikes and other brand name clothes, etc).

In Algebra, he just plugs his ears and plays with his phone (only been told like 30 times in the past week to put it away).  Next day, when we are reviewing, he says loudly, "I have no idea how to do this!"  When he is bored, he'll turn around and stare and everyone until he gets some reaction.  In government, he is always chatting with the girl next to him grabbing her phone and laughing with her until they both get in trouble.  I sorta accidentally saw my teacher's grade sheet and saw his grade in the class.  It was a 0.00%.

my friends family's honda odessesy's goes up to 160, lol. It's not gonna go that fast.

Funny you should say that.  On Gran Turismo 5, I fine tuned a '02 Honda Odyssey and I got it going 204mph.  It had improved aerodynamics and a lot of added parts though.  I also probably sunk like $200K in it too.  Not very realistic either in terms of performance and overall price (it'd probably be more).

Edit:

Hold up. Toyota is redesigning the Prius? I actually really like that design..

Toyota is just trolling now.  The 1st gen Prius is the only one that didn't look hideous.

The sad thing is that my car would only be ~25mph slow. Due to the unfortunate effects of the square-cube law, the force required to overcome 200mph drag is 150% the power that my car produces. So unless I get a turbocharger and boost my horsepower to 500, I'm not gonna be breaching 200 any time soon.

I'd still be there faster than a Prius, though..

Yeah that's why I said it lol

I live 30 miles from the Budweiser factory and I live off the same road that the iconic Clydesdale horses are stabled.

My car would beat your Prius from any speed to any speed. Quit arguing whose twig is bigger.

0-200mph, ready set go.  :cookieMonster:

I actually like Priuses. You just can't look at them the same way you look at other cars. They're only a form of transportation, nothing further at all. Use it to get you from point A to B, and save millions in the mean time.

I mean it. It costs like $25 to fill up my sister's Prius. It costs like $70 to fill my tank. My sister and I fill our cars up once every two weeks. Over just a month, she saves $90 over what I spend on gas.

"They're only a form of transportation, nothing further at all." Is my whole issue with them. For someone who doesn't give crap about what they drive, sure get a Prius. IMO though, the $50 extra at the pump is worth it as long as I have something cool.

I get the best of both worlds. My dad operated a big construction company, and he drove american cars his whole life. Being that his major client was Chrysler, he had to drive their product. Now that hes retired, these are our first two made-in Japan vehicles.

btw if u drive a dodge ur compensating for a small richard and stuffy driving habits.

My dad had an escalade, he leased one every two years. the 2008 model, when you turn with the window open, all the water condensation stuff will flow off the roof, into the window, on your shirt.
in a cadillac.

My family was exclusive American (even my mom) cars until last year when my dad got a Nissan Versa. We've had Ford (majority), Chevrolet, and Dodge all throughout.

My dad before my family that I know of:

'74 Ford LTD
'68 Ford Mustang
Dodge Omni
Countless demo cars (Dodge/Chrysler mostly)
Maybe others

Mom before family:

'85 Ford Escort (totalled in two weeks)
'89 Chevrolet Cavalier

Family:

'89 Ford Mustang
Dodge Shadow
Dodge Spirit R/T (at the time, it was the fastest 4-door sedan in America)
'95 Ford Taurus
'97 Chevrolet Venture
'01 Ford Focus
'02 Ford Windstar
'08 Ford E-350
'12 Nissan Versa (owww violation!!)

5'7"

I'm super skinny though at 118 lbs.

I'm same build I guess. Same height and relative weight range.

Anyways, nice car. For same price I'd probably get a C5 Corvette Z06 lol

I wonder what Badspot's normal AV is.

It's default.

Also, more new closely resembles my usual clothing (avatar) with dark blue pants, yellow sweater, black hat, sunglasses (add-on, most can't see them), and a red feather (not real life lol).
