Help / Blockland On-Sale Gift Card Problem

So I tried buying another key from the Blockland site with my American Express Gift Card which had $10.01 on it.  I went through Amazon and stuff and it told me the purchase failed.  I checked the balance and it said $9.01.  I checked purchase history and it says that Amazon took $1.00 off my account (even though I put in $9.98) trying to buy Blockland, yet it didn't give it to me.  Is this an Amazon or Blockland problem?  Either way, I can't buy Blockland now....
