This had to have been my least favorite thing about all teachers when I was in high school. Kids would be making noise, swearing loudly, using their phones, dressing like prostitutes, and showing up late. None of the teachers ever did one thing about anything save for a couple of times where they told students to get tardy slips (but that was rare).
