So recently my right side license plate light stopped working even though I replaced both of them around August. Today, I parked my car in the garage to get out of the rain and pulled apart the trunk lid. I found that one of the lights had fallen out of the fuse. Just sticking it back in caused it to work again but I'm guessing it'll happen again.

What's worse though.....

Yesterday, my two year old sister managed to get a hold of my keys and apparently opened my trunk. Nobody knew that my trunk had been opened so it rained in my trunk non-stop for hours. My dad closed it and told me later, but I didn't investigate until today. I discovered that the carpet was completely waterlogged so I emptied the trunk and pulled it all out. Underneath, I found a surprise. The entire spare tire bay was filled almost to the top with standing water. The tire itself was 75% or so underwater. I pulled everything out of there wondering what I was going to do about this. I couldn't exactly flip the car upside down and dump it out (well....I could, but I wasn't). I was very thankful for our Shop Vac. I sucked the majority of the water out while running trips back and forth dumping the vacuum's dirty water into the backyard. I put everything back together and just slung my carpet over the railing on the front porch so it will hopefully dry.

Ah, didn't know this stuff. I love geography. Also since you're a Missourian, have you ever been caught in the middle of a tornado before?

I'm a trained storm spotter and I've never even seen a tornado in my lifetime (hopefully soon to change). All but one year of my life was spent living in Tornado Alley. Many people in Tornado Alley probably haven't seen a tornado before either, but have taken shelter to tens of hundreds of Tornado Warnings. The closest a tornado ever came to me would've been on December 31, 2010 when an EF0 tornado passed about one mile to the north of my house.

NSW, ACT, TAS, QLD, VIC, and SA, correct?

I was joking, but wow never heard of Kirksville, Jefferson City, Branson or St. Joseph before.

Branson is one of the biggest tourist destinations of the Midwest. Jefferson City is the capital city of Missouri.

I don't know anything about Kirksville except that it's in northeast Missouri and they have a parade thing where they carry candles around or something.

St. Joseph is a city not far north of Kansas City, maybe a 30-60 minute drive up the interstate. I've only been through there once.

Actually the World Trade Center was the mastermind behind 9/11 and it made the planes crash into itself.

There aren't many major centers in Missouri beside St. Louis and Kansas City. I mean there is also Joplin, but sometimes I wonder how the city hasn't been wiped away yet.

We have St. Louis, Kansas City, Jefferson City, Kirksville, Columbia, Springfield, Joplin, Branson, St. Joseph, Cape Girardeau, and Poplar Bluff just off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure all (or most) of those have 50,000+ people.
