What is it?

Rounds last 10 minutes long.
Your score DOES NOT carry over from round-to-round.

There are two capture points.
They award 40 points per cap to the player that capped them.

There is a King of the Hill type node in the middle. It awards 5 points every 5 seconds to a player that is on it.

Red Versus Blue.
Buy weapons with points you earn from getting kills.
A playable work-in-progress. Come join me now!
Every kill is worth 10 points.
Suiciding will penalize you of 1 point.

Do we have a working version of VCE? Im using v19 the only thing I could find, and there are some bugs that render it useless.
Its like, gone forever? Disney vault?

I cant download it on RTB. It says the file is private.

Modification Help / Can I force clients to have shaders on?

I'm trying to make a shadow based death match, and during testing I realized people would just turn shaders to OFF and basically get map hacks Lol.

Is there a way to force clients to have a medium or higher shader setting?

Disclamer: Trolling will be ignored. Try to have a serious discussion please. I really need some advice.

I have this problem, where I will take any competitive/multiplayer game too seriously.
I will growl and curse when I die, or when some bullstuff happens.
I NEVER rage at singleplayer games. And it has to do with a inner problem that I recently realized.
I can trace this back to my childhood.
I used to live in a neighborhood full of kids my brothers age. (2 years older)
They all used to play competitive games (Fighting games, Unreal Tournament, Halo Etc)

Basically the only friends I had were my brother's friends. Which created a problem..
I was the youngest one among my friends, and since I was younger, I sucked at every video game I tried to include myself in. And because of that, I always lost. Literally every game we played. I WAS that handicapped cousin you handed the un-plugged controller to.

Ever since I can remember, I've had this issue. It's never bad when I'm playing alone, but when I play with friends.. I get really competitive for no loving reason at all. "Dude, who cares. He obviously has a fightstick and i'm using a gamepad."

Everyone I played games with knows this stuff, and It's one of the biggest reasons why I was kicked out of every "game night" ever since.
I've gotten much much better now, I calm myself by just choosing NOT to play games at all.

Basically, my question is..
Does anyone have a similar issue with controlling un-necessary anger?
If so, how do you deal with it?

Suggestions & Requests / @Badspot: Improve SpeedKart to allow more user-made karts.

Improve Speed Kart so people can more-easily add Karts to it.

This would vitalize servers that host speed kart, and promote custom Kart creation.
Adding a GUI to select a kart when you spawn, instead of the evented system we have now.

Add-Ons / Riot Shield v2

Huge thanks for lordician and Taboo for helping the fixing efforts.

Riotshield not being able to be picked up after being ungrounded because of: "Item not part of minigame"

Riotshield blocks explosions and lowers the radius impulse from the explosion.

Too much knockback (needs feedback, not sure how much it needed to be nerfed)

Zombies or other melee attack bots which use the new default bot system can hit through the shield, ignoring the shield completely. (Found this while testing fixes, is now fixed. :D)

A lot of people have been asking for this to be re-toasted.

So here it is. It works fine, apart from a couple bugs that prevent me from posting it on RTB.
If you find any extra bugs, let me know.

It's features;

1. Blocks bullets in-front of the player when equipped
2. When not equipped, but in the inventory, blocks bullets from behind
3. Can be planted into the ground with a right click, and picked up again.
4. Is a melee weapon in itself. It does very low damage to players and knocks them backwards.

Add-Ons / Bike (Version 2 -- 9.30.2013)

Bike

I know I made a bike before, like 3 years ago during christmas time. But, I lost it entirely in a hard disk failure.

I wanted to see if I could make a loveier bike than my last one, so here it is.
It works exactly like the last one, it has a more detailed model and includes a reverse animation.
Wheelies still aren't possible unless I were to include them with the jump animation.
Please provide feedback, been working on this when every I got home from work.

Modification Help / Remaking my Bike (I need feedback)

Here is a little preview on what I worked on so far.




Please let me know what you think and if you want me to change something.
My old bike add-on is lost forever, but in-case you never used it.. It was a player vehicle much like the horse, and it had fluid forward and backward wheel animations. It also had a wheelie function.

Btw: I closed my mega topic because I was getting overwhelmed, and I'm going to take my work one step at a time for now on.

I've gone to anime expo every year since 2009 except this year because I had no money.

Drama / JacknoobX meaningless replies.

Probably the least productive forum user on these forums. And that's saying a lot.
Every single one of his replies seems like their purpose was to make a reply, nothing else.
They have little to no meaning, and this forum could be a better place without people who don't even spend time to think before they post.

I had to basically say the same thing 3 times to this person, and he's still probably clueless as ever.
I can tell what kind of person this is, he's simply there to make replies for the sake of replying.

Typically if you don't know what a thread is about, or don't have anything worth saying, you don't say it. This guy is a prime example of what not to do.
I locked this thread because I became so astonished that such a person could exist.
