Off Topic / Creepy Russian numbers station

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2EKWgTNEYU Theres this station called UVB-76 that has this buzzing noise that continues for a while until some times, it stops buzzing and a person would speak random numbers and names in russian. Then after the transmission, it will continue buzzing. In the video, the change in the buzzing at 1:27 is not normal. you can find other recordings with a buzzing in them.

Lately, UVB-76 has stopped buzzing completely and there is nothing happening on the channel at all. Conspiracy people, you know what to do.

Help / JVS Events Bug

When I am on a server I started and load a save that uses JVS, every JVS block has extra events added to it like I would have a JVS brick that has the default events on it and when I save then load it again later it has the default events added to it again like another copy. I need help to fix this because its screwing up my events.

Many Grapple Knife TDM servers were created and some were great and some sucked platypus s*** about a year ago. But now there are not many of them around alot. So I have created a new massive and epic grapple knife TDM.

I shall have it soon dedicated The server is now dedicated and it shall be on 24/7

I'm trying to port forward for a dedicated server using the port 28000, but it says the port is taken and doesn't work. I don't know to much about technology, can someone tell me what can I do to fix this problem?
