And then save it as a .bat file.
It works for me, it should for you I guess.

Maybe he doesn't know how to?
Anyway this topic was kinda hard to read. Sometimes iPhone is unfair but he's the host, so there's nothing you can do. And us admins can't randomly unban people without permission.
