It stops here. Try deleting that file. The launcher will redownload it.

So if it re-downloads it what's the points? It's like getting replaced on startup.

No doubt Kalphiters service is much better and more professional. Pacnet is 12 and running a free service from a home server. Sadly, this is the best you can get for free.
