So it's not that my family is poor or anything of that nature, but I want to build my own computer and I'm on a strict budget. The catch is that I can only get the money for it by selling my tower server and getting a 100-175 dollar birthday gift from my dad and I've already ordered a power supply from my mom.

This is my most likely to buy build : (the blacked out box is a power supply I replaced later with a better one)

Off Topic / Good power supply units from $30 - $48 for ATX12V?

Can anyone find a good power supply unit (computer component) ranging from 30 to 45 dollars and the type being ATX12V on Newegg? I have all my other components to build a computer in mind but I can't seem to have any luck on a power supply. Thanks in advance.

Or just simply give an overall rating.

The computers at my school are probably a 2/10. They're junk Pentium 4 Dell Optiplex computers.
The lockers at my school are an 8/10. They're usually red but are sometimes gray.
The facilities for us at my school are probably a 9/10.
The buses are a 5/10. You get pretty squished in there.
My teachers are 9.5/10. They're nice and good.
My school is not that overcrowded, I'll give it a 7/10

    I think you might like that I've actually been secretly working on PacCity without anyone helping.

    Here's what I've done :


    • Created an economy mainly funded by taxes
    • Created a license system (Vending, driving, gun selling, gun handling / buying etc.) with the money, you can get it on any job.
    • Stats bar finished
    • Load / Saving data system finished
    • Time system with New Years + Birthdays
    • Created jobs system - you actually have to work..
    • Finished job list

    A : No. PacCity is completely from SCRATCH. No based-off things, no code copying, period.

    Features
    What other features will PacCity have other than what Iban's does?
    • Public - PacCity will NOT be a private mod / not available to get from the forums or maybe RTB. You can download it once it's done for no charge, no hassle, and publicly.
    • Simple Code - For people to easily edit and learn from.
    • Client Side Mod - GUIs to do actions in style.
    • Sleep System - You have to take some rest, otherwise you automatically fall asleep.
    • Age - How old are you? 18? 20? PacCity will track your age based on what date the calendar had when you joined for the first time.
    • Birthday - On your birthday in-game (for example if you first played on the server when the server's calendar was at 9/20/2000, your birthday would be 9/20.) your birthday is announced to all players.
    • Bank System Extra - Withdraw, Deposit, and also get a LOAN on money.
    • Debt - You get a debt of $75 once you first play. Anytime you take a loan, your debt increases by the loan. If you don't pay it back soon, your money gets decreased.
    • Client / Gamemode all-in-one - Just download a single file. System_PacCity. It serves as a client and a gamemode. Period. Host or play?
    • Much more things I can't think about.

    Estimated release date?
    Probably 2/4/13. No guarantees.
    I hope you'll give me some new ideas to work on, because PacCity is not dead, and we probably need a better mod than CityRPG.

    Off Topic / How come every single file I submit to RTB is not fail-binned or approved?

    It's kind of annoying. I don't get why every single add-on I submit to RTB isn't either approved or fail-binned, and it just dies in submission and fades away from the holding tank. What's with this?

    I had 4 mods approved a long time ago, but now it seems every single one just dies away.

    Whatever, nobody understands.

    Add-Ons / "No Ground" Ground - Removes the ground as a selection from the environment menu

    "No Ground" Ground - Remove the ground by selecting it in the environment menu.
    Put both add-ons in Blockland/Add-Ons/
    What is it?
    "No Ground" Ground is actually a real "Ground_x" add-on that you can choose from your environment menu.

    Once you choose this ground (the icon is a N) from your environment menu, the ground will be removed. Once you choose another ground, the ground will be restored to whatever texture you chose.

    Do you see how this differs from my original "Toggle-Able Ground"?

    This mod was suggested by Headcrab Zombie over here.
    Why is this not in "Environment Files" ?
    The thing is that this ground is special, it is not meant to be an actual ground texture, it is supposed to remove the ground.

    Therefore, it needs a server side script (Support_GroundNone) that detects ground changing and does the action if you pick "None".

    Toggle the Ground Mod v3 by Pacnet2012
    Some credit to Bushido for a script that kills you when you fall too low in a map with the ground removed.
    As suggested in this topic.
    Features :
    • /toggleGround to remove / add the ground back.
    • Client / Server side mod : Adds a button to your client's Environment Gui in the corner (so you don't click on accident) to toggle the ground.
    • Set permissions - Let only Admins, Super Admins or the Host be able to toggle the ground (By default it's the Host).
    • Help mod - Learn to use the mod by typing /groundHelp
    • Auto-Killer once you fall through the map too much.
    Commands :

    /toggleGround - Toggles the ground.
    /groundPerm [level] - Allows only [level] to use the mod. Replace [level] with 1 for Admin, 2 for SA, 3 for host.
    /groundHelp - Tells you how to use the mod.
