In such a situation you should always play the "good friend only trying to help" move.
"Look, I can understand how you'd feel if I said something like that, and I'm not trying to force you into making any decisions, I just wanted to let you know as a friend so you can think it over a bit more before you make an important decision"

Usually works for me, you get to feel like you did your best no matter what choice they make and you also get a lot off your chest and give them a chance to make the right decision

That's untrue because my BMI was low and so far I have the highest.

Then it must be cross-referencing data based on how long people have lived in the past and then seeing if their birth dates + relative birth-years match mine then giving me a similar death time to theirs.

It's probably basing the time of death off your BMI and smoking status.
Considering I have a low BMI it's probably assuming that I barely eat and I don't get much exercise, which is wrong
