Unless I have been misled on what RPG really means for the past x years.

RPG's tend to have stat systems and stuff like that, SS13 is more of an RP without the G

Try Space Station 13. The only drawback is that it is a confusing game, good luck to you, and that it is no where near E10.

can someone just put down a free one cuz i have been looking with my girlfriend for a good free one but we cant find one.

If you're looking for an MMORPG to play with friends or a significant other then pretty much anything will suffice.
Maplestory has become pretty casual with the recent updates, you can get to level 70 in a week if you put a little effort into it., but if you're looking for something a bit more robust then I've heard great things about Mabinogi, including that most of the game is pretty difficult without someone else doing it with you, which would be ideal for what you want

Most MMORPG's are unrated or 15/16+ since the content relies on the community more than anything else

Granted, but I'm fairly certain there are ways to hack a domestic network based on the IP.
Although he probably has a dynamic IP and only needs to restart his router to change it
