I should bloody well hope so; it's a loving bomb. But again, it doesn't change a damn thing whether or not it's more dangerous to preserve it; history is worth preserving no matter how prolific nor how dangerous it is

I use OBS to record 60FPS 1080p game footage at 50MBit/s with no loss in performance and reasonable filesizes. You can reduce the bitrate to reduce the filesize as you see fit with the lowest I've found working for perfect video quality being 15MBit/s, though 8MBit/s is passable as well

I go for ASUS personally, though that's only due to brand preference. They should both be just as good as each-other realistically, though the MSI one has a higher boost clock out of the box
