I don't think you know how Cytube works, dude. I wouldn't be able to tell if he couldn't join because it wouldn't let him in the chat. Users and their IPs only appear to the mods if they are able to enter the chat. If he was banned, he couldn't enter and reveal his IP.

all of this stuff could've been easily solved if you didn't clear the ban list and just let maxx try to join
i don't understand this line of thought at all
a criminal doesn't just return to the scene of the crime if they've been caught

this isn't a court case, and it wouldn't be thrown out, it would be looked at alongside other claims. literally the only other possibility is that someone has been impersonating maxx on cytube, who either unintentionally or deliberately seems to share most of his IP, and that seems very unlikely. it's more likely that every once in a while he sees a blf movie night go up and decides to send in a macro to spam it for 50 seconds before i notice and ban his new IP.

court case thing is a metaphor, you dig?
do you remember when someone very recently impersonated setro and essentially framed him for spamming the master server?

it's honestly very possible for someone trying to frame a user who has a reputation

the evidence for this is circumstantial and is not nearly enough to prove maxx did this

the code of internet honor means you are forced to spoon feed information which is easily accessible to anyone with a computer to people who haven't backed up their claims with anything beyond a 2 second youtube clip

the point is that if he's the master of all networking, then why can't he just easily spout out the information that would end the argument
there's no reason not to take <5 minutes to do so and save a lot of effort for everyone else in the thread
