okay so let me explain this from the very beginning
so the dream starts with my extended family (cousins and aunts/uncles and parents) in the street near where I live, it's pitch black out and there are barely any cars on the road
we're walking to a house on the side of the road that my parents own (not IRL) so that we can relax and settle down for the night
after crossing the street when the light is red we make it there and it's a tiny little one-story cabin on the side of the road, the other side facing the woods
so we head in and sit down and my mom and dad and I go looking for stuff to eat and drink
I head into my room and my computer is there booting up and right next to it stacked up really high is those expensive waters like fiji and sparkling water
so I grab some water and take a drink and I head out to give the family some and they're talking about something they saw on television or whatever so I head into the kitchen to see what my mom is cooking up
and there's just this
thing
sitting in a dog bed in the middle of the room (we didn't have a dog, but our relatives do)
it was like a gray fox but it looked like it shared DNA with an owl because it had a tiny sharp beak on the end of its snout, it had large needles like a porcupine's needles sticking out of its back, and it was the size of a gray wolf
and it was just there
sleeping
in our house
so my mom had found it and I was like "okay what do we do" and she was like "well we should probably wake it up so we can feed it and then we'll call the pound and they can pick it up" or something like that, and I'm like "probably not a good idea to wake this thing up" but at that point she had already poked it in the head
and it gets up, turns towards me and stares at me
and it's got owl eyes
and it starts growling and I just dart into the living room to get everyone out of there but at that point it's already on top of me tearing into me with its beak and claws
now a common theme in all these dreams for me is that I'm immortal for some reason, so I don't die from this
and my relatives are just running out and about trying to get away from the thing
and it turns out this thing can shapeshift because now it's like half the size it was when it attacked me
keep in mind this is like a really small house and there's twenty of us stuck in here with this thing
we knew if we ran outside that there were no cars that were going to help us and so we'd just get chased down and killed
the problem was that none of the doors in this house could properly lock, so I rush into the bathroom to lock the door and it won't lock, so I force it and for a second it looks like it worked but it turns out I only broke the lock
one of us thinks about calling animal control but they won't pick up and when I'm in the bathroom I see wall scribblings that we didn't put there that say something along the lines of "all apostates are blocked" and I'm like "well we can't call anyone because they're probably blocked because I don't know what religion this is"
so I run out of the bathroom and my mom throws me a kitchen knife and I get tackled to the ground by the thing again and before it can tear into me I stab it in the head with the knife
it does nothing, this thing is like SCP-682 and nothing seems to kill it
after about five minutes of trying to kill this thing, it shrinks down again to the size of a large bug in order to climb up onto us and slide inside our bodies and tear us apart from the inside
luckily I'm able to step on it before it happens and I pick my foot up and just see a tiny splatter of blood
so I step down on it again and again to make sure it dies, and there's just blood all over the ground now and I land one stomp that gets it off my shoe and onto the ground and I could see that even then it was still twitching like a roosterroach, so I keep stepping on it
and then the dream cuts off there
I didn't wake up with any injuries or anything
