Videos like this receive overwhelming dislikes not because refugees are overwhelmingly hated but because people spread these videos around to brigade the voting system. People who hate refugees are super enthusiastic to lay on dislikes and stuffty comments on the video, while people who support refugees aren't really concerned with getting more 'likes' on it.

Basically, dog-piling hate on stuff is way easier to organize and encourage than a show-of-support.

emergency services are local and Obamacare is federal

if a county/city wants to provide healthcare to their citizens and some citizens aren't in favor of it then they can move to another town and keep their money
