really depends on one's understanding of the word "hacking"

I didnt understand it origonally, wasnt aware this version of Torque isnt hackable, that is my fault there. ABEL is right though it angered me. And that failed add on was posted by my friend yesterday, he said hes finished using the forums he called himself dumb so its just me now. My apologies for everything thats happend so far :(

I dont belive I should be banned either, it doesnt seem fair because this would have not happend if my friend didnt go on my account and post that "Hackers" thing I told him numerous times not too. I also wasnt aware you couldnt hack this version of torque, so I am sorry about that

This is probaly a router frequency problem. You should call your cable company that supports your internet to come and adjust that for you. Check back if this dont work. Or two, if you have a laptop and wifi, try it on there in diffrent partso f the house to see where the pings lowest
