So, i was driving home from walmart, well, my mom was, im only 12, but anyway, when we were on 3 double o nine, my mom thought a green arrow was the green light, and we hit an SUV, the SUV's right front door was dented about 3 centimeters deep, and out headlight was destroyed, the radiator split on the bottom, and, my head hit the windshield and caused it to crack, i was astonished, but in my head i said, "what a rush." SO we parked at the nearest walgreans, and checked the damage, went to see if everyone was ok, the police came soon after, no one got any tickets, and repairs will be $4000 but the important thing is everyone is ok.

First of all, try to group with modders. Not compete especially if you're new. Second, don't ask because people won't tell you (or atleast that's what someone told me 2 years ago). Look under the modification forum category. You'll find tutorials and whatnot. Also look at the scripts in already made mods.

What I got when I asked how to make mods:
