Motherboard, CPU, PSU, RAM. You probably can save yourself the harddrive by taking out the one from your old computer. You'll also need a case, you might be able to just gut out everything from your old computer and put in new stuff, but you'll want to be sure that it has a microATX form factor.
...There aren't any tutorials for this...are there?

$200 Budget for pc
$300 budget for keyboard

does not compute.
Didn't say it was a budget. I just thought the $300 keyboard suited me, and that a $200 PC would work fine.

This is my school basically:

If you are a "very good player" on any CoD game, you will get respect
even from females

Seriously, everytime I run into a group of people they always saying "hurr durr i just 360'd some1 yestrdau".

and some people wonder why im quiet all the time at school

Of course I play CoD, mainly because I posted in the MW3 megathread, but I'm not an addict like those lowlifes.
I was being annoyed by a lowlife. They thought they could kill me and beat the stuff out of me because they play CoD and they're a "boss". Then, he cornered me in the locker room, and I beat his face in.

All the Magic ISOs are from my bro. He always plays stupid games with those.
EDIT: It started out as a Windows Vista Basic, but when it stopped working, my father changed it into Windows 7 and fixed it.

There are a few ways, but the easiest at the moment would be to tell us your current CPU type. Press winkey+r and type "dxdiag", then press run. When the DirectX diagnostics tool comes up, hit the "Save all information" button and send us the text file, it contains a lot of information about your hardware which we can use to determine some things for you.

People in my school always say "You just got trolled" and that makes me think back to when I got banned for admittance to trolling...

A Phenom II. That is assuming that your computer is using a AM3 socket, you really need to give more details before you can get good help.
How would I figure out what socket?

Ok this is the most handicapped thing I've heard
You are gonna ge a gaming keyboard when the computer you have won't be even able to play games?
Scrap the keyboard idea and upgrade your computer
It actually plays a small amount of fun games. besides, as I said above, I cant find a PC.

So, I have a Dell Inspiron Zino HD. Recently I discovered that it only has 1.6 of CPU Speed AND 1.8 RAM. I was gonna get a new PC with 400 bucks I just got, but I cant find one. I just need a really cheap one so i can still afford my S.T.R.I.K.E. 7 Gaming Keyboard ($300). And I found a $50 8GB ram for my pc. What CPU should I get? Or should I get a computer?
