This is a very annoying problem. It happens when I restart my computer and it goes default but, it also happens when I can't save or build anything. Is my game glitched?

I know I could build them but, I am talking about the ones where they have a model. It would be perfect for some inactive vehicles or repair garages but, I think they are long gone. I was wondering if anyone would like to make a newer version.
