Thank you for an actual helpful post, I'll try this now. Although, I'm pretty sure it's my Internet, because when I was browsing the Internet on my iPod Touch, it was having the same issues.

Hm, in which case I would contact your ISP. There is something wrong if IE can display pages correctly and other, better, mediums can't.

I have always liked Intel, but their prices are definitely higher. If you are alright with ATI then I totally agree with this.

Try to reinstall a browser and see if it heeds any new results. Sometimes DLL corruption can cause strange issues like this.
