I got 200 points :D
There's no reason to quote my entire post....

Also, sadly I didn't get enough time to add a win/lose mechanic to the game, so no real success in getting any amount of point.  The only fun is digging around and running into caverns.  (there are caverns besides the starting one, just dig around and you'll run into them eventually)

I drew this:

and made this:

for the last major Ludum Dare 48 hour game design contest.  I'm actually thinking of starting up a long term game project, I'll draw up some sketches (better than that crap at the beginning of my post) and scan and upload them in the coming future.

Fyi if you're interested you can check out the game I made here: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-15/?action=preview&uid=530

Farmers tend to do ok because of massive gov't subsidies, but you'll never get one to admit it cause they're a pack of whiney bastards.

I played this..its a good game, but I wouldnt even say its worth half a cent..it would be better as freeware.
You're like one of those idiots who whines for Blockland to be free.
I guess you do have a point. It's more like one of those little desktop games you play out of boredom. Not something I'd play for long periods of time.
I think it's a great game.  Sadly it doesn't have large amounts of content to keep you from plowing through it in one sitting, but that's expectable for a game made from two people.  Then again portal can be played in one sitting, and I don't see people complaining about that being short.

After playing through it, I have to say I loved every moment and it got better and more fresh as the game went on, instead of the opposite being getting bland and boring as it goes on, as is usual for puzzle games.  Now to get OCD status on every level :/

Why don't the new iMacs fall over?  They seem too top-heavy and the stand looks so flimsy, same with a bravia tv.  What don't I get here?
I can't speak from experience with this version, but my dad an older iMac, and the stand is very sturdy,  I don't think they would have changed that.
I have hated every mouse apple has ever produced since the early 90s and current trends indicate that I will continue to hate apple mice forever.
While I that may be true for some with the might mouse (for me it's ok, nothing great but not horrible either), how do you know how this new mouse handles?  Have you tried it yourself.
Oh, come on Apple. You have the balls to call a mouse 'Magic' but you can't give the Touch a camera? Poppyrooster.
It's called marketing, giving better version more stuff that people want.  They want you to buy an iPhone, and you really can't blame them for wanting you to buy it.

I'm amazed, with today's technology, that they finally figured out how to put right click on a mouse.
Apple mice have had right click for years.

It's much more likely that the updated video drivers are causing the problem,
This is probably it.

I got a free version of Photoshop with my Wacom tablet.  It may not be the cheapest way, but it's a very nice way.

Then again, if people are having trouble understanding gimp, photoshop may not be for you...

Drama / Re: A poll about bl_id.

I am saving this quote for all ID discriminatory idiots.
I'm not a discriminatory idiot, I have no prejudice towards people with higher ids.  I simply explained that the lower id ranges have had more time to gain skill in the game (the small factor.) What I consider the main factor for the illusion that people with lower ids are better is that lower id ranges have been largely free'd of the people in that range who aren't players who love the game and are spending time creating stuff with it and instead play the game for a short time, being non-productive with no real interest in creating and learning to build well during that time.

Ga, should've proof read my post before I posted, forgot there was no edit button on this forum...

Corrections:
While I don't say all low ids are good players, and all high ids are bad players, there is definitely a correlation.

while the same type of people who are in recent id ranges are still playing,

While I don't say all low ids are good players, and all high ids, but there is definitely a correlation.  There are two very logical reasons why.  First off, players who have played longer are typically better, simply because the longer you do something, the better you get.  I know my builds that were made back in v2 were very bad (I slightly remember building a rectangle windows on all the walls house on green hills), I've loaded up my first retail builds every once and awhile and I see how much I've improved in my building since then.  While players enter the game with all different ability levels, the average ability level does rise for any group of ids as time goes on.  Secondly, and much more importantly, more skilled and older people generally stick with the game longer.  The lower the id the longer ago it was bought.  This means that people who played for only a short time that bought the game during low id ranges no longer play, while the same type of people who are in recent id ranges are still player, but as time goes on they'll stop playing and that id range will thin-out ingame.  This is simply a maturity thing.  Younger people like to get something new and play with it a bit then go onto the next shiny thing.  As one gets older, there is more want to stick with something longer.

At anyrate, what was low becomes high eventually.  When I first started playing, ids had yet to reach 1,500. (except the few of us in the 2,000 range :3)  When 3,000 ids first came out, I still remember how they were treated as total noobs.  Now the active players in that range are largely composed of great players.

Looks fun, I'd like to have a go on it.

Also, Jact's privacy agreements are very sketchy, meaning that they sell your personal information to people who fill up your mailbox with junk mail, your e-mail inbox with spam, and your phone will be ringing none stop from tele-marketers.  I very strongly suggest uninstalling it, and just asking your parents for the games you would get through the "service" which would take forever to get anyways.
