The only thing I have against flood protection is that it prevents you from repeating yourself after large periods of time. If you want to say "lol" and then five minutes later say "lol" again, you get flood protection.
That was fixed a version or two ago.

Oh snap, it seems that the ATI graphics card glitch still exists, i went on Badspot's Block Party, and i was getting all over the place, then it nearly crashed my computer, he fixed it a bit though, i can load up a Bloko-Sequencer Slezak made back in v9 and not have any stretchy-ness of laggy death

Well, this sucks, i can't get a new graphics card for it either :c
I believe udulu bricks are what are causing this.  Test to confirm?

Is there any way to disable udulu?

My favorites:
It is no longer possible to disable flood protection - you idiots.
Fixed brown halo effect when you are missing the current terrain detail texture. I think.
Avatar changes are now limited to 1 per second - this is to disable the "funky shirt" script which I have received a million complaints about.
MaxPhysicsVehicles is now limited to a maximum value of 20. Your server cannot handle more than this. If you think it can you are wrong. If you complain about this I will ban you.
Removed the ability to call various functions on client side objects to discourage casual creation of not-nice scripts
Removed some useless code left over from Tribes 2
Fixed various animation prediction errors: people running in the air, running in the water, sliding around on their butt, etc. You now see what other people are actually doing.
Fixed case where you would mysteriously get 90% framerate loss outside of kitchen.
Fixed some cases of graphical corruption on ATI cards.

Not a oxygen tank but uses the same elements,
and sorry for double post.
My post was explaining that oxygen tanks do not in-fact explode.  Starting your post with "not an oxygen tank" confuses me greatly, as I never said tanks other than oxygen tanks never explode, but was saying that oxygen specifically doesn't explode.

Oxygen tanks don't "explode".  Oxygen is one part of the fire triangle, it is needed for flame, but as it isn't a fuel it doesn't burn all by itself.  What oxygen does it makes the fires burn hotter and brighter.

For your reference, the fire triangle:


What would actually happen if you shot an oxygen tank is it would shoot off like a rocket as twenty thousand pounds of pressure is all try to escape through a tiny hole.

That and roundheads.  You just have to look real close. (only people who have been playing the game since before v9 will get that joke.)

What is considered a NEW ati graphics card?
If your game is working, you're fine.  If it is horribly screwing up, then your's is old.
