Uh.... Fake ? I mean there could be an add-on to hear a sound when you fall from a certain height like in the video, alright. But at some points, the footstep sounds are not correctly "cropped", like either it begins/ends too early, or too late.

I had an idea of a new playertype which would have all hand animations swapped to use the feet.
e.g. activate1 would be a kick, alt_activate (when activate1 is spammed) a ken the survivor-like spamkick
and ArmsUp (aka hug) would be a sit animation.
