There is no way you have no shader.
You either have:
Shader Model 1(Pretty impossible nowadays)
Shader Model 2
Shader Model 3
Shader Model 4
If you can play Blockland, you have at least Shader Model 2.

Poly count doesn't really matter, besides: If the amount of polys is so high, they could easily remove some without people even noticing.
And it's racing game, cars have high details, background has moderate detail, and area is small.
