No ban or kicking garbage, just make it kill the player with 5 seconds respawn time.
Otherwise you will have 0 players in a few minutes.

But, then it's just a regular DM with 1 hit kill weapons.

Have you read it all thoroughly?

Never heard of any company intentionally putting viruses in products. Never heard of a company mass shipping faulty products and not giving warranty replacements on them. I have never seen something that took the same software, did jack all to it, and made it incompatible with all previous devices. The only two things I know that force you to use software for the portable devices. Apple with it's iTunes, and Sony with it's Content Manager Assistant for the Vita. Everything else used normal drag and drop with optional software.
