RTS ftwMacros are rather slow, you could have a dynamic positioning loading script.
The basic structures (barracks, garage, ect) could be made by macroing, and the soldiers/tanks/planes could be people or bots

Computers Are really fast machines, its the internet that slows you down.A slow processor, low RAM, or a slow hard drive (Rare) could cause slowing down aswell. A crappy video card (like mine) can drop your frame rate to the extreme.
