Yeah I know they have bans, and nerfs are pretty standard, but has anyone just pulled a random unexpected hero out of a hat? Best example of this recently is when N0tail played Meepo and wiped the floor with everyone, despite him having one of the lowest win rates while being the hardest hero in the game to play.

Does anyone on LoL dare to do this or would the admins crack down on having fun picks faster than that randoming in ranked fiasco? Legitimately interested in whether the top picked heroes have changed significantly over time or if it hovers around a pretty stable pool for anyone who follows the comp. scene for League.

If you take a look around at stats, people do pretty good with just about anyone (except karma).
Even before Evelynn was reworked (super underpowered), some people could still work wonders just from better positioning.

I was made administrator because I was on top of most Blockland updates and having the lifeless nerd set up update announcements is easier than taking out of your time to check if an update suddenly came out.

There's banning in League too, so a lot of the strong champs get banned. Generally anything with very heavy AoE crowd control.
Any champion who's ever went over 60% win rate in ranked games got nerfed. Too bad any  that go under 40% don't get buffed (Karma).

Those loving wolves and how I cant ever kill them and they own me and my horrible pawns.

never had a problem fighting them

just had a problem with 3 pawns reminding me that they hunt in packs and hate fire.

the pediatric equipment looks real, looks like someone's testing out diapers, but the horse heads are either digitally manipulated in / some jackass at research put a bunch of horse heads on them. looks like the former considering they have motion.

I believe they were digitally manipulated. they're a bit shaky for no given reason.
