Vincent, i don't think the No Collide tool is default anymore, that may be only with the Relocated STools addonWeird, i have a no-collide tool. :I
You can no collide stuff by holding the Context Menu open with C and using your mouse pointer to right click the object you want to no collide and click the 'No Collide' option
