Oh god, we've all played that. There's another game out there that's like CoC, except with furries and stuff. It's pretty god damn extreme. To test the limitations of what they'd let you do i had my character grow seven 3 foot long roosters with 8 balls in a giant ball sack with 7 vagoos.
About then the game tells you that you can't leave the main town like this and you spend most of your time making messes.
Also it's possible to change gender, lose limbs and genitals, change species.
I went from a cat, to a secret race of avian by looking at shiny things. Woo.
If i remember correctly, it was Nimin: special interest Fantasy. You can probably find it on FA. It's one of those things i'm not proud of playing for more than an hour.

The thing that gives him away is that he was in a war and was part of a platoon. In the time i presume it is in that universe, only men were allowed to go to war.

The most to technically come of it would be scales on the underbelly, and maybe a bit of change to the legs.
Gryph and dog, the legs would appear more canine, as well as tail, and maybe even ears.
Then again, gryphons are a great medium. Like when there's a horse involved, the lower half can become equine.
