It's one of the many versions of sticky keys i believe.

Try pressing these buttons
Lcntrl 5 times ( if this makes all your clicks = right clicks then do the next one )
Rcntrl 5 Times ( Just do what it says above but in reverse. 8I )
L Alt 5 times
R Alt 5 Times
