I was playing tekkit and suddenly I go "bleh, let's stroll to the BL forums and see what's new". I saw the new enviromental stuff subforum and went "COULD IT BE?", then I went to the development forums and went...

Sorry for page stretch.

It's a GM13 thing, My Garry's Mod 12 thing keeps crashing upon startup, so I couldn't grab an image from there.
And my Bone editing stuff keeps crashing me when I look at the hands of NPC/ragdoll, And I can't edit bones anymore at all now.
