it upsets me that someone actually took the time to make that
It's impressive someone had the free time to do this.

if somebody doesn't give a stuff they don't have to see your topic on the front page for 2 days and be forced to somewhat care about your meaningless achievement.
The logic in what you just said is minuscule. If someone doesn't give the slightest 1.5 stuffs, they can ignore it. They don't have to even look at it.

I'd definitely want them shooting the enemy for us, and exracting hostages, because that'd lower the death rate of officers. But if it's to be creative like drawing? forget that.

I'd like to mention that I tried to offer some constructive criticism, so I don't really think it's fair to say you only got insults. Also, they aren't going to automatically call everything horrible, it's just that they will comment based on what they see. If anything, this should be an incentive to make a really great model and prove them wrong.
I guess I did forget that you made some helpful criticism, but at the time I was mainly focusing on just trying to get my point across.
Also I made a nice looking blocko hat. Check my sig.

Okay to be constructive, make a better gun that doesn't look like cardboard cut out with scissors.
That's still almost as useless as your last comment.

I'm going to give you constructive criticism on constructive criticism. If you're going to critic a model that doesn't look good, how about you actually give them tips on making it look better if you're going to be picky about detail? Another tip, if you actually try to encourage them to do it, maybe they'll feel better about using those tips that you gave them.

i'm pretty sure IN is looking for constructive criticism, aka "it looks like stuff and here's why"
You read my mind.

The criticism was that it looks bad. If you really don't understand that, put it next to other Blockland models and you should definitely see the differences.
Are you five? Does one negative comment suddenly mean that everybody hates you and wants you to die?
I'll give you a hint: no.
who is that handsome sounding gentleman
How the forget am I supposed to follow criticism if all it is is just "IT LOOKS HORRIBLE"?
Am I supposed to instantly become the best modeler in the universe? Or am I missing something? Because I'm pretty loving sure that saying "IT LOOKS LIKE stuff" isn't criticism. And now you're going to say something along the lines of "It is criticism" and continue your neverending bullstuff.

No, I'm not five. I DO know how to take criticism, but that wasn't a loving criticism comment, it was a insult.

this isn't realy how u take criticism, i went through the same things and i still model, running away isn't going to make you better, let me tell u something, criticism indeed doesn't really matter, but you don't improve by yourself, when you take someone's criticism, u experiment something different, a new thing.
this kind of attitude proves that u dont want to be a modeler at all
That wasn't criticism at all, it was a "honest" comment.
He didn't give me any tips, he just told me it looked like absolute stuff.
Do you see ANY kind of actual criticism in anything he said? Because I sure don't.
And another thing, I DO want to be a modeler, but Ben Grapevine and Kishgal are just going to constantly hate on everything I model. Specifically calling it horrible.
