I guess I'm a pretty average weight for my height and age - almost 18, 5' 11", 140 lbs. I do have a high metabolism, but that doesn't play too big of a role on my weight. What's funny is, I can tell if I need to eat something when my pants begin to slip (even with my belt on) and my ribs start to show.

Of course, I also skip/skimp breakfast on a regular basis.

Does anybody else here struggle with serious midi latency from a USB connection? I have my microkorg connected to my laptop via a USB 2.0 to MIDI-in/out cable (M-Audio Uno) and there's like a 500ms delay from when I press a key to when it registers in Ableton, or when I send MIDI information from Ableton to the Microkorg to record the audio.
It's really annoying.

Ideally I would like to save up for a decent desktop build with a firewire port and a legit MIDI interface, but right now I've got this.

Nah, I've got a nanoKEY, using a computer from 2008, no lag.

bitwig is like ultimate daw, realtime working with others on tracks and stuff, you should check it out but yeah, definitely send that to AL, i'll put a good word in for you

That'd be awesome, thanks! I'll see about sending that one and my new EP their way after it's done. And I think I've heard of Bitwig or at least some other DAW that allows real-time collabs. That would be so epic. :o

Speaking of the EP, here's what I hope to be the final revision of "Wreckless". I don't want to release this EP if it sounds like crap to other people, so can you music junkies give it a listen and give me some feedback? This is probably the longest I've worked on a piece, and I think it paid off. I hope to get "Caves" finished up tomorrow.

Also, how's the art? Done 100% by hand by me. :)
