To expand upon what Gumba said, it's generally a bad idea to have a radical in the denominator because it makes things like adding and subtracting fractions harder (since a radical in decimal form is lengthy and can be easily made an integer by squaring it).

The first looks best to me (pretty good for beginner macro photography with an iPod). The second one is ok in quality, but lacking in a subject. The third is... interesting. It could work, but I think it'd have to be alongside some sort of theming.

it dosnt matter if you are earning or not. it matters that you are using content that others still are earning from at all.

the rules are all bullstuff, but you all agreed to it from the get go.
its ironic you fight it after the fact.

Sorry, I just didn't understand it the first read-through. Still, a user should be able to use someone else's music in their video, provided they properly attribute it (unless that person put copyright restraints on that kinda thing). Not everyone can make their own music. Yes, there is the problem of the site making money even if the users aren't; this is something Google should really fix. Telling people to simply stop using YouTube is impractical, though; it simply won't happen.
