rules.
1. no color.

3. anyone that has any form of color on them shall be banned immediately. no exceptions.
4. no emotions or emoticons.
5. yes, this is an RP server.
6. any form of richardery shall be punished.
7. no lame RP. (ie. your infected with color, your best friend is color)
8. you do not have to make a new identity to play on this server.

11. anything you build is liable to be destroyed by an administrator if it does not meet the quality standard in the first city.
