you know that cars record how many miles they go in their lifetime, right
300k is 300,000 yes, but that's how far the car has gone since it was bought

I earn about 150/h tutoring rich 10 year olds. However, my mother always takes my earnings away and gives me only 5$ of it to spend, saying i'm too 'irresponsible' with my own money, even though I've been trying to save it. She said she deposited it into my HSBC account, but the balance has stayed the same for months on end. Whenever I ask her about it she says she's keeping it safe.
