Help / No Local Area Connections

I was trying to forward the ports on my cousin's computer, and I was following the guide. It said to go to local area connections, so I went into control panel. I couldn't find it. I've looked through all of the things in control panel and didn't find anything related, I even looked at all the tabs in all the windows.
Is there something I can do about this? Or someway I can continue forwarding his ports?

Companion cube is weighted. The word weighted includes a T, by the way. I didn't understand the rest of your post.

Yes, thanks to Laremere and Digimaster for those warnings.  I clicked it, but I had my mouse on the back button. It was disgusting.
I would also avoid any topic he posts in.

Whenever I try and find someone I know I just join every server, check the player list (F2), then stay or move on.
