It isn't a RAT, it's a worm that spreads over open Internet connections and Skype.
If you have the virus, then close down Skype, as in sign out and all that, and it shouldn't send the messages.How would it work if the person can see everything you do, aka RAT. So he can basically just get your new changed password.
I also heard changing your password might work, but removing it altogether is ideal.

Zip files don't infext you with viruses...I know, but you can look after files that shouldn't be there. Like NOTVIRUS.exe or folders. Also try this.
Also, a ton of stuff puts stuff in AppData, not just viruses.
I tryed to open it with alzip.Aslong as you don't run the exe file, and the zip file itself may even infect you. Goto %appdata% and look for something weird there. If you find something that isn't normal. You're probably infected and by deleting that it wont help.
