I think you could use www.tumblr.com since that allows you to modify the CSS and html probably.

This seems to be very good. I made a test blog for one week and trying out some stuff.

Ofcourse I tried google but(i'm from swiss and only get www.google.ch when I type in www.google.com also only google.ch) I just get crappy german blogs creators that are very stuffty with a full load of ads spams.. thats why i'm asking here.
