It's getting full again, i'd usually remove people who haven't been online in a really long time or if they haven't talked to me at all
Do you know if Skype has a contact limit?
I try to talk to everyone on my friendslist, but I suck at smalltalk :C
Ask about what they like doing, and if that is something you can work with, ask if you can do it with the person.

I give them a month to at least say something to me. They don't.
Not adding someone unless they're actually important and I speak with them alot is generally a thing I do.
I should stop accepting requests, but I have a weak spot for that, What if they are cool kids?

How about you guys, do you guys clean friendslists every now and then of people that never talk to you?
I do it like every month or so, it's sad how many people I will not meet because of this, but if they don't even kick off conversations I'm pretty sure it wasn't worth it anyways.
