It feels smooth and the controls are simple, but you're still going fast enough to actually enjoy navigation. However, the gunplay leaves something to be desired, with guns feeling like pea shooters compared to your usually one-hit-kill melee weapon. Your character feels like a bullet sponge, taking lots and lots of bullets before actually dying. Maybe this is because of the weapons I chose at the start(sword, MG, pistol), which in that case I'll take a look at the other options and re-evaluate.the MK1 weapons are garbage in damage, they're just there so you can gather materials for better guns.
