Bloatware is only installed from the OEM of your laptop/tablet and if you mean apps those are easy to uninstall, but when I upgraded I got no additional apps.

this is big rigs. the de facto terrible PC game. and it's only marginally winning against something that is a successful franchise with a large fan base with critically high ratings
