I really don't see how the van is at fault, I mean if you knew there was a blind spot the best choice is to be very careful, not fly out into oncoming traffic and get clipped.

Oh yes, I totally flew out there. No buddy, get your facts striaght. I inched out in order to see if it was clear at no more than 5 mph. Except when I actually got far enough out to see the first thing I saw was a car 3 feet away coming straight at me. I didn't gun it out of the parking lot.

Ha, your good. I can't really describe the scene though because that McDonalds has been demolished and the parking lot I pulled out of was not in that picture. The pic is quite outdated.

I was waiting for Destroyer to come in here with a good argument, but I'm rather disappointed that instead he just posted a conclusion.

I already tried that. Your members gave me the response "We are trolls" as a response to everything so I really stopped caring.

Plus it is difficult to come up with an actual argument when you were not there and have to go off of what everyone says/.

Its amazing how fast a day can go from great to complete stuff in a matter of seconds from one mistake.

Today at about 1:30 I was driving to a friends. I went to pull out of a parking lot onto a known busy road. Some dumbass driver managed to park his car right next to the road to pull out. This created a nice blind spot for everyone pulling out. I waited for a good amount of time, did my best to check if it was clear and pulled out. Upon pulling out I ended up staring directly at a speeding car about 2 feet away from my car. It was an extremely hard collision. The other driver attempted to swerve but couldn't. He clipped my front end and it sent him up on 2 wheels. The impact was so hard the other driver back windshield flew out of it socket, slid across the road, and smashed on the curb.

The other drivers car was confirmed totaled on the spot. I did not get a picture but both doors on the side were completely punched in. We are getting an estimate for my car tomorrow. My car was driveable but when you drive it you can smell the engine heating up. My passenger side door is also stuck closed.

Nobody was really hurt on scene, just shook up. But now that I am sitting here I am beginning to feel neck and head pains which are starting to worry me a bit. I personally blame the entire thing on the driver who parked next to that entrance. Everyone agreed, including the cop, that you should not be able to park there. And once that the driver heard the police were coming he moved his car. starfish.

Now that everything has calmed down a col reality has set in for me. If the other driver would not have swerved they would have hit my driver side door going about 50 mph. I could be in the hospital right now or worse.

When did clans suddenly get to decide the purpose of one's server?

If it didn't have NWB Clan server in the title, it's not a NWB Clan server.
If it didn't have Craftsmen server in the title, it's not a Craftsmen server.

Clans are a group of people with similar skills and abilities, not a loving dictatorship.

Woah, Destroyer's a psychic in addition to being better than everyone else now! We weren't ganging on him because he's not a member of our clan, we joke around between ourselves more than to others. There must be at least one time I told amade he forgets his sister in that chat log.

The server not being controlled by nwb doesn't contradict it being for rocket's friends.

Arrogance accusations must be a reoccurring trait for you huh?

Anyway, their is a difference between joking with someone when they consent to it and doing it when you know it legit pisses them off. It was plain to tell he didn't want any part of your idiotic jokes, yet you keep at it. That isn't joking, its just plain annoying.

What is this bullstuff about server jurisdiction? Its Rocket's loving server you morons. You people are acting like you own it and you can do whatever you want. From what I know neither clans name was in the title. That means it is not a clan server, meaning none of you have any rights to say your clan was in charge.

On topic though I can see why you were pissed. I know what it is like to be on a server and forced to deal with a bunch of screaming morons with no backup. It doesn't suprise me that Wizzeh and Amade would pull bullstuff like this but I have to say seeing it from Spock was quite suprising. Perhaps what was more suprising was that NWB member Rocket who was host and supposed to be in control of the server was just sitting by letting it all happen.
