Both sides are being ridiculous. A permanent ban is unnecessary and the ban reason is childish. However I'm leaning more towards his side.
It is his server, and he has the right to decide what builds he doesn't want to use in his server. If he doesn't like a build, he doesn't have to use it. He simply stated he wasn't a fan of your build and you responded very aggressively.
Besides, you are complaining about his judging your build and saying that it is unfair when you said one person was building "a very nasty teal covered store" and another "99K kid who built a house without a floor." Why exactly do you have the right to judge those builds? The same reason he was a right to judge yours.
Also, whats with calling the other player a "99K kid." That's actually pretty condescending.

Congratulations, you are officially rising on the list of forum stuffheads. Now I understand why you have a drama topic about you. What I am getting from your posts in this topic is you are just randomly targeting a user for no logical reason to constantly bash under every circumstance. Your reasoning being, 'I need an enemy.' You sound like the bully at an elementary school lunch table who picks on another kid to make himself look cooler, when actually everyone just thinks he is a cunt and excludes him.
But by all means keep the stuff up, I'm sure myself and multiple other users will be just waiting for you to split up so we can get you banned for harassment. You know, because you are just so open about that being what you're doing.

That being said. I'm sorry to hear that. One of my very close friend's mom recently was diagnosed with bladder cancer and I couldn't even imagine what it feels like to hear that news.
Don't lose hope though, I'm not sure what stage of cancer it is in but early stages are very possible to treat. I wish your mother a successful treatment.
