.-. I once Heated up a metal rod in a fire pit, We were burning some wires and it gave of this awesome array of colors so I put a coat hanger in the fire and accidently loving burned my hand, I couldn't write for 4 days.

Your burn shouldn't be so bad considering you only had the water In your mouth for a short period, Maybe some small blisters and Feeling raw for a few days but it beats Having loving crispy hand for 4 days.

Sounds horrible. Sorry that happened, mate.

It says in the OP it was an accident. I had a mug of hot water next to a cup of hot chocolate I made. I accidently grabbed for the wrong drink.

its gonna make your tongue feel really raw for awhile but if you spit it out thats really it aside from maybe a little pain on the roof of your mouth
i wouldnt worry unless your mouth literally has blisters or is visibly damaged besides a little redness

i feel a little bad that that happened to you because thats a stuffty experience but yeah just cool it down with some cold water or something & chill
