Hello Saxophone, it must be on your end. Nothing we can do here besides give you a few tips.

First of all, I went ahead and attempted to log in to your Panel account and it worked perfectly. The details you use have been sent to you via PM.

Try doing it just as it says. Example:

Acerblock - Correct

acerblock - Incorrect.

(Of course that is not your actual log in.)

alright, lemme try again.

The control panel is the same thing as the FTP login, correct?
