Looks pretty decent, I'd give it a solid 8/10.
 I'd work on the skybox though, as it makes it hard to see where the ground is.

I know.

Someone was actually working On that for me but they unfortunately gave up on it.

It's based on yours but it's different. it's Not one addon, it's tron script, rampaging vehicles and stunt plane. i will give both of you credit though, sorry I forgot!

I'll host this later and put it up on a dedicated server, provided by CBMHost!
